Where We Work
Most of our work is in Lewisville itself, along with Highland Village, Flower Mound, Lantana, Corinth, Hickory Creek and Lake Dallas to the north and west. We also travel south and east to The Colony, Carrollton, Coppell and Grapevine. If your house sits just past one of these towns, mention your address on the phone and we will tell you plainly whether the trip makes sense for us.
The service is the same wherever you live. We start with a water test so the system matches what is actually in your water, then we plan where the equipment goes before anything is cut. You get a written estimate that lists each part, and after installation we walk you through the bypass, the filter housings and the replacement schedule. Later, our filter replacement and maintenance visits keep the system working the way it did on day one.
What Shapes the Work Around Here
- 01
Housing age and layout
Homes across the area range from older builds with copper or galvanized lines to newer houses plumbed in PEX. Many have the main water line entering near the garage, which is often the cleanest place for a whole-house system. Older plumbing is one reason we suggest water testing before choosing equipment, since what comes out of the tap can differ from what the utility sends.
- 02
Heat and hard freezes
Summers are long and hot, and North Texas still gets the occasional hard freeze. Equipment in a garage or near an exterior wall needs to sit where it will not bake against a sunny wall or split in a cold snap. We place housings with that in mind and add insulation where a line is exposed, so a winter night does not undo a careful install.
- 03
Permits and HOA rules
Some whole-house work that ties into the main line can call for a plumbing permit, and rules vary from city to city. We check what your city expects before the job and handle it as part of the work. Many neighborhoods also have HOA guidelines about anything visible outside, so we keep equipment indoors or out of sight wherever the plumbing allows.
- 04
Matching the system to the water
Not every home needs every product. A softener only makes sense when a hardness test supports it, and many households get what they want from whole-house carbon filtration for taste and odor or an under-sink reverse osmosis unit for drinking and cooking water. We would rather recommend the smaller system that fits than sell you more than your water calls for.
