What happens when you call
We start by listening. You describe what you see, taste or smell, and we ask a few questions about your home: where the water comes in, what equipment is already there and how old the plumbing is. If the answer is not clear yet, we usually suggest water testing before recommending any equipment, so nothing is sized on a guess.
When a visit makes sense, we set a time that suits you. On the day, we look at the space around your main line or under the sink, check for room to service filters later and explain what we would install and why. Helpful to have ready before you call
- A sentence or two on what you notice, such as a chlorine taste, rust-colored stains or spotting on glasses.
- Roughly when your house was built, plus any plumbing updates since then, such as repiping or a new water heater.
- A note or photo of any filter, softener or reverse osmosis unit already installed, including the model if you can see it.
- Where your main water line enters the house, if you know, and whether that spot is a garage, closet or exterior wall.
